What a place. What a host.
There is not much to say about the villa that has not already been said. The place is spectacular, an incredible outdoor area with a pool, garden, BBQ and turtles. All with a sea view. The interior was spacious and very clean. All the amenities/items you need are included.
As for what a perfect host. Lots of treats upon arrival and throughout the stay. To top it off, it was my wife's birthday at the villa, when asking for a recommendation of a place to get a cake
We were completely surprised. There was also a recommendation of a great restaurant.
I can't rate this place highly enough.

The house is located with an extraordinary and beautiful view. It is a wonderful place with everything you need. The house very clean and host very nice and very serviceminded. We highly recommend the stay at Villa Umag!

One of my favorite stays! This villa has it all. It is only about 15 minutes from the old town and is exactly as described. The views are stunning was very helpful and quick to respond. We can't recommend this property enough and can't wait to come back!

The villa is absolutely beautiful - especially the outdoor space! What made the stay wonderful was kindness as a host. She helped us arrange a chef, recommended what to always take and made sure we were happy throughout our stay. At the beginning of our stay we were given fresh eggs, home grown produce and some Croatian treats. Throughout the week we returned to some small gifts and homemade treats which was incredibly generous. None of us have ever experienced such a wonderful host in an sprtizbooking! The area is lovely - we explored the islands, Cavtat, Mlini, old town and a few of our group drove to Moscat. We all rented cars which made it easy to explore the surrounding areas. Thanks again for the stay, we will be back!
